BioI am currently 27 years old and started this journal a long time ago in order to post my thoughts and feelings on how I was overcoming agoraphobia and anxiety.
Hmmm, well I didn't do that and I don't think it would really have helped much anyway.
At the moment I visit this site rarely and update rarely. However I might do so more from now on. Only time will tell.
